We just rented motorbikes for our trip and decided to cruise down the coastline. We came across Promthep Cape in Phuket, Thailand and stopped to take the view in. I whipped out my camera to take this photo. It reminds me how much of the earth I have yet to see - which makes me feel small…and very happy.

The temple Wat Chalong This Buddhist temple is the largest and most important in Phuket. In the main building, with a three-level roof, images of the seated, reclining and meditating Buddha are exhibited. The main attraction is the 60-meter-tall pagoda, decorated with paintings portraying the life of the Buddha, which contains inside the Buddha's bone splinter relics. The showroom includes wax statues of outstanding monks and antiques.

Finally, I’ve witnessed the beautiful sunset of the Phuket at Patong Beach. I was crossing by and suddenly saw this beautiful view with the beautiful orange sky with dark grey clouds. A normal crowd was there, but somehow I managed to click the picture with a cart and no people.

The monkey was absolutely mesmerized by his own image in the mirror. I took a few different photos of this monkey playing with the mirror on my scooter at a location called Monkey Hill in Thailand. The monkey was so gentle and was really happy to stare at his own image. I wonder if the monkey knew it was his own reflection or if he thought it was another monkey.

The sunsets in Thailand were amazing. I made my way into the water (up to my stomach). I wanted to get as close as possible to the water to contrast these peaceful waves with the burning red sky in the background.

This is one of my favourite shots of my 3-week Thailand trip. I took it on a private boat trip to Koh Phi Phi Don where we visited some of the most amazing beaches I have ever seen in my life. The highlight of the day was when the engine of our boat completely broke down right in front of Maya Bay with the sun setting behind us. We were so glad to get a lift from another boat back to the main island, otherwise we would have had to swim quite a few miles to the beach!

We were on our way to Phi Phi Islands and wanted to see Maya Bay. However, the beach being closed, we asked our guide where could we stop to go snorkelling. And we just saw this beautiful hidden spot, on Phi Phi Ley
